1. Our Commitment

Design Cycle Solutions (DCS), a division of Ratava, Inc., is dedicated to providing a digital experience that is inclusive, equitable, and accessible to all individuals, including those with visual, auditory, motor, cognitive, and other disabilities.

We believe accessibility is not merely a legal obligation — it is a core design principle embedded throughout our APOTHEOSIS body measurement platform and Shop by Measure / AFT fit-matching service.

Our approach follows the four core principles of accessible design established by WCAG:

•       Perceivable — content and interface components are presented in ways all users can perceive, including via screen readers and other assistive technologies.

•       Operable — all functionality is available via keyboard navigation and assistive input devices.

•       Understandable — content is readable and interfaces behave in predictable, consistent ways to minimize cognitive load.

•       Robust — content is compatible with current and future assistive technologies and user agents.

2. Standards & Guidelines

Design Cycle Solutions aims to conform to the following standards and legal frameworks:

•       WCAG 2.2 Level AA

•       ADA Title III (42 U.S.C. § 12181 et seq.)

•       Section 508 (29 U.S.C. § 794d)

•       DOJ Final Rule — March 2024

•       California Unruh Civil Rights Act

•       EN 301 549

In March 2024, the U.S. Department of Justice issued a final rule under Title II of the ADA establishing WCAG 2.1 Level AA as the binding technical standard for state and local government websites. While DCS is a private entity covered under Title III, we have adopted WCAG 2.2 Level AA — the current updated standard — as our internal benchmark, consistent with DOJ guidance and evolving enforcement expectations for commercial web services.

3. Conformance Status

This statement reflects our current accessibility status as of the effective date above. We conduct periodic accessibility audits using automated testing tools (axe-core, WAVE, Lighthouse) and manual testing with assistive technologies including NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver, and TalkBack.

Substantially conforms means the content meets the referenced standard with only minor exceptions. Partially conforms means some content does not yet fully meet the standard and remediation is actively underway.

4. Accessibility Features

Our platforms are designed and continuously improved to include the following accessibility features:

Navigation and Keyboard Access

•       All interactive elements are reachable and operable via keyboard alone

•       A visible "Skip to main content" link is provided on all pages

•       Logical, consistent tab order throughout all pages and modals

•       Focus indicators are visible on all interactive elements

Screen Reader Compatibility

•       Semantic HTML with appropriate ARIA roles, labels, and landmarks

•       All images include meaningful alternative text; decorative images use empty alt attributes

•       Form inputs are programmatically associated with labels

•       Error messages are announced to screen readers

•       Dynamic content updates use ARIA live regions where appropriate

Visual and Color Design

•       Color contrast ratios meet or exceed WCAG 2.2 AA requirements (4.5:1 for normal text, 3:1 for large text)

•       Information is never conveyed by color alone

•       Text can be resized up to 200% without loss of content or functionality

•       No flashing content that could trigger photosensitive seizures (WCAG 2.3.1)

Content and Language

•       Page language is declared in HTML using the lang attribute

•       Link text is descriptive and meaningful out of context

•       Consistent navigation structure across all pages

•       Headings reflect a logical, hierarchical document structure

Media and Documents

•       Video content includes closed captions and transcripts where available

•       PDF documents are tagged for screen reader accessibility where practicable

•       Audio-only content is accompanied by text transcripts

5. Known Limitations

We are aware of the following accessibility limitations and are actively working to resolve them within the timelines noted.

Legacy PDF documents

Some older technical specification PDFs may not be fully tagged for assistive technology. We are auditing the document library. Accessible versions are available upon request.

Third-party embedded components

Certain third-party widgets — including embedded payment forms and partner integrations — may not fully conform to our accessibility standards. We are working with vendors on remediation and evaluating accessible alternatives.

6. Feedback and Contact

8. Legal Framework

This Accessibility Statement is made in recognition of and compliance with the following legal authorities:

Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)

Title III of the ADA (42 U.S.C. §§ 12181–12189) prohibits discrimination on the basis of disability in places of public accommodation. The DOJ has consistently interpreted Title III to apply to websites and mobile applications operated by covered entities. Following the DOJ's March 2024 final rule and consistent enforcement guidance, commercial web services are expected to conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA at minimum.

Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act

To the extent DCS provides products or services to federal agencies or uses federal funding, we comply with Section 508 accessibility standards (29 U.S.C. § 794d), which require electronic and information technology to be accessible to people with disabilities.

California Unruh Civil Rights Act

California's Unruh Civil Rights Act (Cal. Civ. Code § 51) prohibits discrimination by business establishments on the basis of disability. California courts have held that websites serving California residents may be covered. DCS is committed to accessibility for all California users consistent with Unruh requirements.

Other Applicable Federal Statutes

Where applicable to DCS's service verticals, we comply with all other federal accessibility statutes, including the Assistive Technology Act of 1998 (as amended).

9. Third-Party Content

Some content and tools on our platforms are provided by third-party vendors, including payment processors, embedded analytics, and partner integrations such as Browzwear VStitcher. While we make reasonable efforts to work only with vendors who maintain strong accessibility practices and include accessibility requirements in our vendor agreements, we cannot guarantee full conformance of all third-party content.

If you encounter an accessibility barrier in third-party content embedded in our platforms, please notify us. We will contact the vendor and work to provide an accessible alternative.

10. Policy Updates

This Accessibility Statement is reviewed and updated at least annually, or following significant changes to our platforms or applicable legal requirements. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent review.

We are committed to continuous improvement of our accessibility practices and to remaining current with evolving WCAG guidelines and U.S. legal standards.
